
Workshop To Regulate Your Nervous System
Have you been feeling tense, overwhelmed, anxious? The world feels heavy right now, and our bodies are carrying it. (But actually, things have been bad shit crazy, give yourself a moment to come back into your body!)
Join me next week for a 60-minute pay-what-you-can nervous system reset!
We'll discuss how stress and anxiety have been showing up in your body, and what we can do regularly to address it, followed by practicing ways to complete that stress cycle and come back into your body, this time more grounded. Expect a mix of active movement, breathwork, body awareness, and guided meditation - using your body's preferences to guide you.
Come as you are, in comfy clothes (sweatpants encouraged!), from your couch, bed, or yoga mat. Let’s come together and give our bodies the reset they deserve.
